As soon as Poison was launched at the end of the 80's and we listened to it in the Heavy Metal bars it became an anthem and its chorus sung out loud.

The opening of the song is unmistakable. A tearing electric guitar prelude to a series of tranquil whispers that intensify till reaching climax. 

This theme was to me as I've said an uplifting song full of energy that entice us into screaming the chorus.

As I've improved my English skills and have become able to understand what Alice Cooper tell us I dare to say it is hottest song ever. It conveys the addiction to a love and its pulling power. In my opinion is the ultimate love song.

I am not a music pundit but I would also suggest you relish the cadence of the melody and how it raises scales till the chorus explodes.

BATTLE TO THE LAST

Song: Battle To The Last Artist: DARKNESS This month I want to dust off the music of Darkness .  Some may say there are many bands with that name, but for me, there's only one Darkness. For those who are not familiar with the band, they became, in the late 80s, representative of what we could now call the purest old-school German Thrash style .  Their first two albums are cult items which I was lucky enough to have in my hands. Their records feature underground-drawn artwork that matches their vision of a world in chaos.  What I like most about this band is their raw sound. Listening to their albums is like being at a live concert. Ozzy Osbourne will always be part of the history of Heavy Metal as one of the major names in the genre. And I'm not going to speak about him beyond his records and musical performance.
